"I had a wonderful massage at the Movement Plus Physical Therapy at their Aeia office 4 days ago. This is located in the Pearlridge Center, easy to locate and, conveniently, has plenty of parking space, a major plus! You’re immediately greeted by pleasant front desk personnels to check you in. It is well-lit, very clean, and very spacious. Their treatment beds are not crowded together like in many physical therapy offices. The space, with good working air conditioning, offers a conducive environment for physical therapy sessions to proceed peacefully instead of a noisy office when you have many patient-therapist duos next to you. As for my massage, I was in a private room so it was quiet and relaxing. The therapist asked the concerns and issues I’m having so she can address them on this visit. She focused on these areas and I’m happy to report that she was able to release many of these tight areas allowing me more flexibility and movement. She warned me I may have pain because she really worked on these areas and I felt them but I was surprised it wasn’t that bad at all. The one thing I regret is I wish I had an extra hour to have a full body massage! Well, that will have to be my next visit."

"Lately I have been with 3 therapist helping me in my continuing lumbosacral radiculopathy even after my lumbar fusion decompression 17 mos ago. They both directed therapy on the specific muscle ligament and tendon pathology like surgical precision. I highly recommend Jonie and Caitlin and Maria, I m very satisfied with their directed therapy resulting in decreasing my pain and I’m able to walk with out a cane. "I’ve visited Movement Plus for both physical therapy and massage therapy. I’ve recovered well from my injury so I’ve only been utilizing the massage therapy services lately. The massage therapists are great! I see Kaitlin consistently and she is always professional and responsive to my needs. She is very knowledgeable and often explains what muscle groups she is targeting so that I can refer to them later on if I experience pain in those areas between treatments. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with Kaitlin if she is available."

"I’ve been coming here 2-3 time per week since the end of May/early June of 2023 following a surgery on my shoulder. This was the third surgery on that shoulder, and I was pretty skeptical of the help I would receive due to some negative experiences at previous locations I had done my physical therapy as well as the daunting news from my surgeon that the operation will likely fail to hold the repair. It didn’t take me any more than a few sessions to believe that I was in good hands here. Every staff member I have encountered has been friendly, professional, and it is clear that they enjoy working with each other. Of the staff members there (as of December 2023), I have had the most exposure to Chelsea. I feel as though I lucked out with having her conduct many of my treatments because along with the clear knowledge she has within this field, she has also made my recovery plan feel as though it has been a collaborative process with my end-goal physicality which makes for a treatment plan that feels tailored to my needs. She has met me with a high level of professionalism and friendliness every time I come in as well as ensuring that the intensity of the day’s exercises matches my fluctuating pain levels. I still have a long ways to go with my recovery, but I am confident that I will make a better-than-expected recovery as I am in much less pain, much more flexible, and much stronger than my previous recoveries, and in a much smaller time frame too. Overall, I am beyond pleased with my experience here, and I would recommend this place to anybody."

"As a disabled US Army Veteran I have been patient in the Military PT Clinic.With both shoulder pain and hip/lateral thigh pain most likely due nerve impingement and Rotator Cuff, I was referred by my pain specialist to Maria Espina of Movement Plus PT. She is skilled therapist, very adept at dealing my pain. Maria and her team of therapist has a targeted , precision approach to my pain using different modalities such massage therapy, deep ultrasound , electrical stimulation or TENS transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation. This weekend, I had the worst pain in my life and after my 3rd PT Appointment with Maria Espina and her team, the pain is significantly reduced. I highly recommend her and her team to all veterans like me."

"This is my second time here for physical therapy. From a fractured tailbone a few years ago and now with my torn Peroneal tendon/plantar fasciitis. The friendly staff make you feel very welcome as if you’re part of their family. They always make it a priority to acknowledge every patient by their name not sir/ma’am. The staff here are very knowledgeable and very hands on at making sure you’re doing your exercises properly, and physically help you achieve being pain free and 100%. They also have excellent massage therapists as well which is a plus where you don’t have to go elsewhere for a massage after PT. Recovering from this surgery (Peroneal tendon) was probably the worst surgery I’ve ever had. They made it very easy for me to push myself to get through my healing process quick, and painless as possible. If you’re looking for a physical/massage therapy place, look no further, Movement Plus Therapy hands down best experience I’ve had with any physical therapy place ever!"

"They work miracles! It's a one-stop shop for pain management. They have everything from Physical Therapists to a Chiropractor to a Pain Management MD, and they're all coordinated to give comprehensive care. When you walk in they greet you by name, each specialist works their magic and hands you to the next. You efficiently receive the appropriate treatment from each and your on your way. Their goal is to stop the pain, get you fixed, and teach you how to keep it from coming back so you don't need them anymore. My lower back was in constant pain and now it's not, so every minute of every day is better for me because of my friends at OSR!"

Follow GPS directions to Chili's, enter the ground level parking garage, and use the mall entrance next to Long's. Without these helpful directions, it may have been tricky to find. "I went here for about 2 years when I was in Hawaii and I pretty much always had a good experience there. The ladies who work there are all very nice and have good personalities. They joke around a lot with each other and I constantly hear them laughing, which lets me know they love working with each other. I suffer from chronic neck pain, and the exercises/massages they do for me always help keep the pain at bay. They also were pretty accomodating to my needs during my time there. The best part about going here was getting the massages. Kaitlin is awesome and gives the BEST massages I've ever had for my neck! She's the only one who really knows how to give good deep tissue work and knows exactly how to get in there and hit the right trigger points that other masseuses don't really know how to target. Since moving back to the mainland, I have yet to find a masseuse as good as Kaitlin. I only wish I could still keep coming here!"

"Long story short, If anyone is looking for an awesome place for rehab, physical therapy, or chiropractic etc. I would highly recommend this place 1000% Came here because I was experiencing some lower back pain. I was recommended to see their Physical Therapist Adam Taylor and their Chiropractor Dr. Adey. I cannot stress how wonderful these two individuals are. Adam was extremely helpful, putting me through various exercises and stretches that got me back to surfing in no time. His patience and kindness are values i'll always remember about him. Dr. Adey got me to understand how the spine and nerves work and did and did an excellent job getting me back to normal. The truth is that everyone in this facility goes above and beyond their jobs to make all clients feel welcome and pain free. They love their jobs just as much as they love their patients and it shows everywhere. The Aloha spirit is alive and well here. I cannot thank all of you enough!"

"OSR has everything...massage, chiro, physical therapy, trigger point injections...and more! And you get all of those services in one visit, and you just pay for a regular office medical visit, which most is covered by insurance. You can’t beat paying about $15 for all of these services! But most importantly, everyone there is on the same page to help you get better. I feel stronger, “straighter”, and overall my muscle tightness is diminishing after only a month. And I’ve been tight for years.... I only go twice per week, which is what I would do any way if I were working out. They have a free consultation so it doesn’t hurt to try. And lastly, they’re right in Pearl Ridge, which is so conveniently located. They have long hours and many therapists, so I never have a problem finding a time that works in my very busy schedule. If you want to feel better, and actually fix the reason why your body may be sore and tight in the first place...try OSR!"

"O'ahu Spine and Rehab is a great place to receive treatment. From the moment I walked into their clinic I was impressed. First off, the building they're located in, Pali Palms Plaza, was easy enough to find and has ample parking. It is a very clean and well lit clinic with lots of friendly staff. The front desk girls were kind and polite as was all the staff who helped me from my initial consultation to my actual treatments. I went in for a lower back injury I sustained while working. I was diagnosed with an acute muscle sprain and was given a detailed explanation as to how treatment would be facilitated and how I long I could expect to recover. I was given a 12-16 week estimate but was able to fully recover in 6 weeks! It was mainly due to the great full service care I was given from my adjustments with the Chiropractor, to the challenging physical training, and the wonderful massages and equipment they have there. They also have a day care which is free! That was a huge plus as some days I had my young daughter with me and probably wouldn't have been able to have gone as frequently. I enjoyed my time while rehabbing there, they definitely made me feel like part of there little ohana. I would recommend them to anyone who suffered and injury because Im certain they will take good care of you, like they did for me."

"I have a very physical job where I am constantly lifting and pushing heavy things and am always on my feet. My upper back was feeling the strain and I decided to give OSR a try. I am very glad I did. Not only did I receive welcoming smiles when I arrived, also received personalized care that relieved my symptoms, but I was also put in rehab to train my body how to work differently so my symptoms did not come back. It was a great investment in myself, after all we only have one body and you need to take care of it."
