Kris Dianne Guerrero-Dar, DPT
Physical Therapist
Kris is born and raised in the Philippines where she also earned her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy (BSPT) in 2006. She graduated BSPT at University of Sto, Tomas, Manila, which is one of the prestigious medical school in the Philippines. Kris came to the United States to pursue her “American Dream”, and, started to work as a physical therapist back in 2017. She didn’t stop from continuing her education, wherein, she pursued her doctorate degree (Doctor of Physical Therapy) at Utica College, NY, in 2019. She specializes and certified with the following:
- Stabilizing the Core and SI joint-Manual Approach
- Scape, Tape, Myofacial release (MFR)
- Aspire: Lumbar Gateway to Muskuloskeletal Therapy
- Aspire: Cervical Gateway to Muskuloskeletal Therapy.
Kris is also affiliated with American Physical Therapy Association (APTA Member), and, Hawaii Chapter: American Physical Therapy Association (HPTA Member).
She has been with Movement Plus Physical Therapy for seven years now.
During her free time, Kris enjoys spending time with her family (husband and two daughters) at the beach or eating out.
